Guru Brahma Gurur Vishnu...

Was thinking wat sud be written as the first post, then reminded of  recntly passed teachers day & started off wid this. Dedicated to all the teachers.  (Teacher : The Guru  ,the light, the knowledge )

GURU BRAHMA GURUR VISHNU
GURU DEVO MAHESHWARAHA
GURU SAAKSHAT PARA BRAHMA
TASMAI SREE GURAVE NAMAHA

Guru represents  Brahma:  creates knowledge
Vishnu: sustains nurtures knowledge
Shiva: destroys the weeds of  ignorance...
salute to such a guru...
Rightly translated by RICHA in teachers day celebration  n olso elaborated b-e-a-u-tifully by her very own poem... I was thinkin to end up the celebration but by then it had ended already nd my idea of endin remaind in thoughts(didnt grab the oppourtunity on time ) So thout to pen it down, rather post it down..( makin it sure this time i grab the oppourtunity by way of blogin) ... ( :D)

Anantha samsara samudhra thara, naukayithabhyam guru bhakthithabhyam,

Vairagya samrajyadha poojanabhyam, namo nama sri guru padukhabyam.

Whole world is endless ocean,
guru as boat .

To cross it (endless ocean),
guru serve as a boat
..of  light! of  knowledge!..

He enlighten us through out the way
 with his devotion endowed,
one can cross through away.

We bow down to guru's holy feet with surrender.
these are the thots i just did render.

So here we bow down  to every teachers with surrender and faith
that we know they will bring out the very best in us oll...
and give us strength so we rise up with every fall.

A bow !! and a heartfelt gratitude.
Thanku teachers for everything.   ! !
